How to Update Your Supplements

Proper use of supplements can prevent nutrient deficiencies and help you feel your best.

All too often people miss out on the simplest steps that help the most.

The most common problem is that they have too many supplements from too many places and they are not sure which are the most important.

How do you keep this simple?

Given the sheer number of these essential nutrients, multivitamins make a lot of sense.

HOW TO TAKE IT?

The Daily Reset Bundle is as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Take 1 capsule of Thyroid Daily

Take all 6 in the morning with breakfast.

If you are on thyroid medication, be sure that breakfast is at least an hour AFTER your medicine.

Some people have greater needs for certain nutrients. The most common nutrients that benefit from personal consideration include vitamin D and iron.

Step 2 – Vitamin D

Everyone needs vitamin D, but some people need more than others. Taking more than you need makes vitamin D less effective.

The Daily Reset Bundle provides a baseline dosage of Vitamin D that is adequate for many people but not excessive.

Factors that predict you might need higher vitamin D requirements include:

  • Higher body fat
  • Darker skin
  • Living in northern latitudes
  • Less time outdoors

The ideal range of vitamin D is 30-50 ng/mL. Those below 30 ng/mL can consider taking 1 capsule of Vitamin D Ultra in addition to their Daily Reset Bundle.

Step 3 – Iron

In most cases, menopausal women and men do not need iron supplements.

Most nutrients are harmless even if not necessary.

Yet iron can be a problem for those who don’t need it.

That is why there is no iron in the Daily Reset Bundle.

The groups who most commonly benefit from iron include:

  • Menstruating women
  • Pregnant and lactating women
  • Vegetarians and vegans
  • People prone to nutrient malabsorption

If you know you are low in iron, take 1 capsule of Easy Iron at the same time you take your Daily Reset Bundle.

Unlike most iron supplements, 1 capsule of Easy Iron daily is usually enough and most tolerate it with few if any digestive side effects. Based on retests, some may need up to 3 capsules of Easy Iron once daily.

If you are not sure whether or not you need iron, ask your doctor.
