You ever meet someone who really just gets all the same things that you do? A few years ago I read a book that impressed me so much, I had to stalk the author. OK, stalk might be too strong of a word, but I did reach out to him and have since become good friends. We hang out, hike, and camp. The book was The Low Carb Myth and the author is Ari Whitten.
