Spinach and Pomegranate Salad

Try this delicious, fresh salad with your favorite protein for a quick, healthy meal.


  • 1 (10 ounces) bag baby spinach leaves, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced very thin
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
  • 4 tablespoons of your favorite vinaigrette


  1. Place spinach in a salad bowl.
  2. Top with red onion and walnuts.
  3. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top, and drizzle with vinaigrette.
  4. TIP: Add some grilled chicken for a complete meal packed with protein.
  5. Enjoy!
