If you are actively trying to lose weight, I recommend skipping dessert altogether. If you are in a maintenance phase with your weight, then try this recipe as a sweet treat.
- 4 cups raspberries, washed
- stevia to taste
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lime zest, very finely minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Strain to remove raspberry seeds then pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
3. Freeze overnight (or until solid). Enjoy!
