Favorite Thing: Sunflower Seeds

Good old sunflower seeds. They are one of the highest sources of phytosterols known. They are full of healthy mono and polyunsaturated fats.

Many find them more digestible when toasted, but commercial forms toast with too much heat and they often add a ton of processed salt.

Get them raw from your favorite health supermarket like I just did.

Spread them out thin on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool, store in a glass jar and enjoy perfect sunflower seeds!
